Some bedrooms need a statement. This one is for the bedrooms that do not. The headboard curves at every corner and is upholstered in a soft ivory fabric with a velvety hand, with two sage green cushion panels set into it — enough contrast to be interesting, not enough to be loud. The frame is fully upholstered on all sides, so there is no hard edge anywhere, and the whole bed rests on a low brushed champagne plinth that reads as a shadow line. Underneath is seasoned solid wood and premium plywood, joined properly. Made by hand in our India workshop, in your size and your two fabrics.

Can I choose different colours for the frame and the inset panels?
Yes — that two-fabric build is the whole design. Ivory with sage is what we photographed, but you pick both, and we show you the two materials together before we start.
Is the metal plinth strong enough to carry the bed?
The plinth is a finish, not the structure. The load is carried by the solid wood and plywood frame above it. The metal is there for the look and to take knocks from a vacuum cleaner.
