Every project is made to order, so price depends on size, materials and finish. You pay in stages — a design fee to start, then milestone payments as we build. We design and build by hand in India and deliver across India and worldwide, and we quote in both ₹ and $.

Design, CNC, woodwork, finishing, upholstery and quality control are all in-house, so one supplier covers the whole office.
What lead time can we build our fit-out schedule around?
We put the timeline in your written quote, once the design is final, and we do not publish a number before that. Every piece is made to your specification, so the size, the materials and the finish decide how long it takes. You get a schedule for making and for the road, and we tell you if it changes.
Do you deliver to our office site anywhere in India?
Yes. Delivery is free to every mainland pincode in India, and free covers the crate, the road freight to your door, transit cover for the full value, the e-way bill and the GST. There is no delivery line on your invoice. The two island union territories and any order outside India are quoted separately.
What warranty and after-sales terms come with an office order?
We make every piece ourselves, so we stand behind it. Warranty and after-sales terms are written into your quote before you pay anything, because a stone-top desk, a leather chair and a veneered credenza do not age the same way. Ask us for the terms with your quotation and you keep them in writing.
How does a multi-floor office rollout work?
Designatore runs a multi-floor office rollout as one supplier, one specification and one factory. We take the whole workplace — reception, boardrooms, cabins, workstations and breakout — floor by floor or all at once, in the order your quote sets out.
