Designatore makes the whole room as one order — the conference table, the chairs, the credenza, the storage and the media wall — so the wood, the stone and the leather match rather than nearly match. Everything is sized to your room, your seat count and the hardware your IT team has already chosen.

What is a Designatore boardroom table made of?
Solid wood or stone, built as one large table sized to your room and the exact number of seats you need.
Can power and cabling be hidden in the table?
Yes. Power points and cabling are routed inside the table so the surface stays clean during meetings.
Do boardroom chairs and credenzas match the table?
Yes. Chairs, credenzas and any media wall are designed with the table as one set, in the same finish.
Are you a boardroom furniture manufacturer, or a dealer?
A manufacturer. The table, the chairs, the credenza and the media wall are drawn, built, finished and checked in Designatore's own 80,000 sq ft factory in India. That is why a table can be 4,200mm long rather than the 4,000mm a catalogue offers, and why the credenza two metres away is the same wood from the same batch.
How do you size a boardroom table to the number of seats?
By the room first and the seat count second. Allow about 700mm of table edge per person, 1,200mm behind each chair to walk past, and 1,500mm at the head where people stand. We take your room dimensions, mark the door swing and the screen wall, and draw the table that leaves those clearances — then confirm the seat count that fits it.
What power, data and video can you build into the table?
Flip-up or pop-up power and data boxes, HDMI and USB-C, floor-box entry through a leg or a plinth, cable trays under the top, and a rebate for a conferencing microphone or a control panel. Specify the hardware by make and model and we cut for it, so nothing is drilled on site after the polish is on.
Can a large boardroom table get into a finished floor?
Yes, because it is designed to. Long tables are built in sections with concealed alignment and draw-bolt joints, so the piece travels in the service lift and becomes one table on your floor with a joint you have to look for. We ask for the lift, the stair turn and the door leaf before we quote.
Is delivery free?
Yes, and it stays free — no end date, no minimum. We deliver your piece to your door anywhere in mainland India, crate, freight, transit cover, e-way bill and GST included. Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep go by sea at actual cost; outside India is quoted per port.
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
No. There is no minimum, no remote-area fee and no fuel surcharge. One bedside table travels on the same free terms as a twelve-piece bedroom, to Mumbai or to Leh, and the crate is built around your finished piece.
