Yes. It is real mother-of-pearl, cut and set into the stone top piece by piece, by hand. Because shell is a natural material, the colour shifts slightly across the panel and no two tops come out the same.
Can I change the inlay pattern or the stone?
Yes. The geometric pattern shown is our starting point. We set the inlay in the pattern you want, in the stone you choose, and we show you the real stone and a picture of your finished table before anything is cut.
How do I look after a natural stone top with inlay?
Wipe spills as they happen and use a mild, non-acidic cleaner — no vinegar, no lime, no harsh bathroom sprays. Coasters under wet glasses keep rings off the polished surface. The inlay needs nothing beyond what the stone around it needs.
