This is built like a small temple rather than a cupboard with idols in it. The dome is carved and topped with kalash finials, the arch below it scrolls deep enough to throw real shadow, and the side panels are pierced jaali so lamplight passes through. A carved elephant frieze runs across the front of the platform, which is solid white marble over a chest of carved drawers. Champagne gold finish throughout. Made to your niche size, carving and finish, by hand in India.
