Round upholstery is difficult: every tuft has to fall on a radius or the whole top looks crooked. Ours are set out from the centre and pulled by hand, one at a time. The skirt is scalloped rather than straight so the shape stays soft, and splayed brass legs lift it just enough to sweep under. Put it in a bay window or the middle of a big room and it seats five without a single arm in the way. Made to your diameter and fabric, by hand in India.
