The channels are cut deep and run right over the top edge and down the sides in one pass, which is only possible if the foam is carved before the cover goes on. Cream suede shows that shadow line better than any other cloth. At each end, a cast medallion is let into a bronze panel. The brass plinth is polished and lacquered so it stays bright under shoes. Made to your length, fabric and metal finish, by hand in India.
