It hangs from strong woven straps rated for daily use, indoors or on a covered balcony. Made by hand in India in your wood and cushion fabric.

Yes, and it stays free — no end date, no minimum. We deliver the Carved Teak Swing to your door anywhere in mainland India, crate, freight, transit cover, e-way bill and GST included. Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep go by sea at actual cost; outside India is quoted per port.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery on the Carved Teak Swing?

No. There is no minimum, no remote-area fee and no fuel surcharge. One bedside table travels on the same free terms as a twelve-piece bedroom, to Mumbai or to Leh, and the crate is built around your finished piece.

Can a jhula be fitted in a flat with no beam?

Yes. We fix a slim steel rail across the ceiling and hide it in the recess, so the load spreads across the slab instead of one point. The chain then drops cleanly from the rail.

Do you supply the chain, hooks and fitting?

Yes. Cast brass chain, hooks, anchor plates and the installation are all part of the job — you do not source anything separately.

What is the difference between a jhula and a hanging swing chair?

A jhula is a bench seat for two or three people, hung on chains or cables. A hanging swing chair is a single seat. We make both, to your span and fabric.

Can a swing be used on an open terrace?

Yes. We use seasoned teak and lacquered brass so the wood and metal hold up outdoors, and we finish the timber for sun and rain.
