Brass wire is let into grooves cut down each door and then polished flush with the ebony, so the lines feel like part of the surface rather than something stuck on. One end is curved, which is what stops a long low cabinet looking like a box in a corridor. The golden onyx top gives you somewhere to drop keys. Inside, tilt-out racks take about eighteen pairs. Made to your length, stone and finish, by hand in India.
