Croc-embossed leather drawers · fluted lacquer ends · pale stone top · sculpted gold arc base

The base is one continuous gold arc that meets the floor at a single plinth, so the console appears to balance rather than stand. Above it the front bows out in a half moon: croc-embossed leather on the drawers, hand-cut fluting at both ends, and a pale stone top laid over the whole curve. Curved drawers are three times the work of straight ones, and they are the reason this piece has no hard edge at all. Made to your width, leather and stone, by hand in India.
