Both ends of this chest are curved in solid rosewood, which takes days of shaping and is the reason it sits so well in an alcove. Between them, four champagne lacquer drawers are split by a carved medallion panel that runs top to bottom like a spine. A brass plinth lifts it clear of the skirting. It works as an entrance chest, a bedroom tallboy or a hall drop-zone. Made to your width, finish and carving, by hand in India.
