The headboard runs wall to wall in deep burgundy velvet, hand-tufted button by button so the light breaks across it all evening. Under the mattress the walnut base curves out into full-width drawers, so bedding and off-season clothes live inside the bed instead of eating a cupboard. The bedside table is cut from the same veneer, which is why the corner looks planned rather than shopped. Made to your bed size, velvet shade and wood finish, by hand in India.
